The Founders

Five professionals standing outdoors in business attire with arms crossed, posing on a driveway with greenery in the background.

The founding partners of RVTLC & Associates Law Firm did not merely study the industries they now counsel — they led them.

Before any of them passed the Bar, the partners of RVTLC had already managed billion-peso banking portfolios, built and scaled technology startups, directed finance operations for multinational corporations, navigated international regulatory frameworks, and fought their own cases in Philippine courts. They came to law not as a first career, but as a deliberate elevation of decades of expertise into a platform for greater impact — and that distinction is felt in every client engagement.

All five founding partners are graduates of the San Beda College Alabang School of Law — and not merely graduates. RVTLC Law includes the school's Valedictorian and Salutatorian, alongside Dean's Listers, legal aid awardees, and student government leaders.

The Bedan tradition of Ora et Labora — a life of prayer and disciplined work — is not a marketing tagline for this team. It is the personal conviction that each partner carried through law school and carries still into every client matter. It is what makes RVTLC a firm where integrity is not negotiated, and where excellence is not aspirational — it is expected.

When a client retains RVTLC, they are served by the firm — not by one lawyer in isolation. Every engagement draws on the collective expertise of all five founding partners: a bench that spans corporate law, taxation, litigation, banking regulation, FinTech, real estate, labor law, and intellectual property. That is not a promise. It is the way we work.
